How Great is Our God
Today's Daily Bible Reading is from Psalm 104:one-17. Have you ever considered who the LORD is and all He does or has done? The Psalmist goes through a list of His acts in Psalm 104. He cheers and praises the LORD for His honor and majesty. The LORD covers Himself with light similar a garment. He stretched out the heavens every bit a curtain to embrace the world.
The LORD lays the beams of His chambers in the water. He makes the clouds His chariot and walks on the wings of the wind. He makes His angels spirits and His ministers a flaming burn down. He created the foundations of the earth, and firmly established it, so it wouldn't be moved forever.
He covers information technology with the deep like a curtain. The waters stood above the mountains. At the audio of thunder they fled. The water goes up to the mountains and back down to the valley where He founded them. He made springs of h2o to catamenia in the valleys between the mountains. He prepare boundaries and so the waters would never cover the earth over again. The springs provide h2o for the beasts of the field to quench their thirst and He causes the grass to grow to feed them.
He also uses the waters of the springs to provide places for the birds to brand their nests as they sing with their cute voices from the branches of the trees. He causes herbs to grow so human being can grow food to feed themselves and their families. He provides oil, bread, and vino to satisfy the hunger of man. His creation programme included every fauna of the field, fowl of the air, and homo and all of their needs. He left nothing undone. How corking is our God!

ane Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very swell; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.
2 Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens similar a curtain:
iii Who layeth the beams of his chambers in the waters: who maketh the clouds his chariot: who walketh upon the wings of the wind:
4 Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flaming fire:
five Who laid the foundations of the earth, that information technology should not be removed for ever.
6 Thou coveredst it with the deep as with a garment: the waters stood to a higher place the mountains.
7 At thy rebuke they fled; at the voice of thy thunder they hasted abroad.
8 They go upwardly past the mountains; they go downward by the valleys unto the place which m hast founded for them.
9 Thou hast set a bound that they may non pass over; that they plough not once more to embrace the world.
x He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.
eleven They requite drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
12 By them shall the fowls of the sky have their domicile, which sing among the branches.
xiii He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring along food out of the globe;
15 And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to brand his face to polish, and staff of life which strengtheneth man'due south heart.
16 The trees of the LORD are total of sap; the cedars of Lebanese republic, which he hath planted;
17 Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir copse are her house.
Things to call up about:
- Think well-nigh the vastness of God's creation. Draw a motion-picture show on newspaper or in your mind to remind yourself of His creation.
- As you wait at God's creation, what is your favorite part?
- Call up about how God provided for each and every fauna He created and listing them. What an awesome God!
Prayer of the Solar day:
Dear Heavenly Father,
Give thanks You for this Scripture in Psalm 104. The Psalmist reminds us of what an awesome God Y'all are. He reminds us of Your cosmos and how You provided for every creature You created. We thank you for You wonderful plan of provision for the world and everything in the world. Help us to show our gratitude for Your cosmos. In Jesus' proper noun, we pray. We beloved You, LORD. Amen.

Some of the Psalms were written past Asaph and some say they were written for the sons of Korah and even Moses and Solomon were writers of the Psalms. The Psalms consists of poetry that was primarily meant to be used equally songs of praise to the Lord.
